100 Igual

I am João Camizão, and I am part of the 4th generation of a wine producers family, and decided to create my first wine, back in 2012: Sem Igual (which means no equal). Made from selected grapes from my Grand Father properties.  All together we have around 15hA of wines, age ranging from 3 to 40 years old.

For now, the main goal with Sem Igual is to show to the world that Vinho Verde region is able to produce distinguished and dry style of wines, in an almost perfect terroir, with 2 varieties that are not the most common: Azal which really gangs the nerve of my wine and Arinto for the structure.
