Cancellation policy on January, February* and December* 2024/2025/2026:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 3 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.

Cancellation policy on March and November 2024/2025/2026:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 5 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.

Cancellation policy from April to October 2025/2026:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 20 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 20 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.

*Cancellation policy on 14th and 15th February 2025, inclusive:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 7 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 7 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.

*Cancellation policy on 30th December 2024:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. Non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total charges required upon confirmation. Cancellations and changes can not be made without penalty after confirmation of the reservation.
